Pro-Vigil Office
The Pro-Vigil Suite at Century Heights serves as the company’s headquarters, anchored by a 5,000-square-foot UL-certified video surveillance monitoring room. The remaining 6,000 square feet accommodate the company boardroom, private offices, conference rooms, huddle spaces, and a spacious reception area.
The overall design features a clean, modern aesthetic that reflects Pro-Vigil’s technology-driven mission and forward-thinking culture.
Urban Office Coworking Space
This project features 16,000 square feet of coworking space located in San Antonio. Urban Office is a modern, flexible office concept that offers members private offices supported by shared amenities. After successfully launching the brand in the Houston market, Braun Enterprises has continued its rapid expansion into new cities.
Our team collaborated closely with Braun Enterprises to bring their vision to life within the Century Building at 84 NE Loop 410. We are currently working on Phase II of the project, which will further expand and enhance the office space.
The Bank of San Antonio Headquarters
MUFG Union Bank Office
LK Design Group has maintained a ten-year partnership with Union Bank, delivering a wide range of office and retail interior finish-out projects across multiple locations. The 13,000-square-foot Arlington, Texas office continues this successful collaboration, providing a thoughtfully planned workplace that includes a break area, conference rooms, training classrooms, and private and open office spaces.
Our team worked closely with the MUFG Union Bank stakeholders through an extensive programming phase to ensure the space was organized for maximum efficiency and workflow. The design integrates the bank’s brand guidelines while introducing a fresh, unique aesthetic tailored to this location, resulting in a cohesive environment that supports both functionality and employee experience.
